LS6 Beer Festival

A big thanks to everyone who made this years beer festival such a wonderful event.  We had more than 1000 people over the two days and raised a good amount of money for Village-to-Village.  All in all a great success!

So yesterday we racked up a whopping 821 page views of our website!  And we are well on the way to beating it today!  We highly recommend you get your tickets ASAP.  While we imagine there will be some for sale on the day we cannot guarantee anything.  We sold out in 30 minutes of opening the doors at 12pm last year and had to turn away a lot of people, we don’t want you to be disappointed! So, the beer list has finally been updated with all the cask ales, ciders and perries for this years festival. Don’t forget we’ve also got a selection of wines, along with bottled Belgian and world beers for those who aren’t partial to a pint of ale.

Well, it’s been a pretty crazy few weeks, but everything is finally in place. The beers are ordered and ready to be racked, the brochures are on their way from the printers and the festival glasses are ready to be delivered. We’re really excited about what we hope will be an utterly awesome 2nd annual LS6 Beer Festival. Well, we’re just over a week away and things are pretty much ready to go. We can’t wait for the beer festival this year, it’s been a long time in the brewing (pardon the pun) and it’s finally all coming to fruition.

If you haven’t got your tickets yet, get them soon as they’re selling like pints of cold beer on a hot summers day!

Although we’ve significantly increased the number of available tickets this year by introducing sessions, the tickets are flying out fast, so make sure you get yours for the session you want. The bands page has been updated with the acts playing at each session, so bear this in mind when you’re choosing your ticket, or just plumb for a whole day ticket to be on the safe side.

Well, the second annual LS6 Beer Festival is ramping up fast. The beers have been ordered with the supplier and have we got some beauties for you to try! Here’s hoping that this lovely weather holds out until the 3rd and 4th.
